The Care Team Portal was created to support our nurses by providing a centralized, easy-to-access resource for clinical guidance, training, and day-to-day support.
This portal is designed with bedside care in mind. Recognizing the realities of 12-hour shifts and the need for clear, reliable information that can be accessed quickly. Here, nurses can find clinical resources, skill refreshers, and guidance aligned with our standards of care.
The goal of this portal is to promote safe, consistent, and high-quality pediatric care while ensuring nurses feel confident, supported, and connected to the clinical team.
